Please ensure you arrive at the event via the main Lytham Hall entrance located on Ballam Road (please refer to the travel map). You will not be able to access the site through any other entrance including the side gate on Forrest Drive.

Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 and over who has their own ticket. Children aged 2 and under can attend for free and don’t require a ticket. All other children must have a full price ticket to enter the event.

Yes. Please ensure you bring clothing appropriate to the expected weather conditions.  Umbrellas are not permitted as they block the view of others and there are no gazebos available.

 Yes, the concert will go ahead in the rain so please come prepared. Concerts are only ever cancelled if the weather conditions make it dangerous.

All customers will have easy access to toilet facilities. There will be accessible toilets located at the venue.

No, all food concessions and bars accept card payments however please ensure you bring sufficient cash.

Yes this is a picnic concert.

The accessible viewing platform is available for customers with a wheelchair accessible ticket. It is raised platform located with prime view of the stage. There are accessible toilets and a changing unit located nearby.

This area is for customers who require a wheelchair to make their experience comfortable.

The accessible viewing platform has a limited capacity and is strictly for access customers plus 1 companion only.

The accessibility viewing area is available for customers with an ambulant ticket. This is an area situated directly in front of the viewing platform where chairs are provided.

This area is for customers who have a specific medical requirement to make their experience comfortable.

Companions are welcome to use the seating in the viewing area unless an access customer requires a seat.

The box office is located at the entrance of Lytham Hall on Ballam Road. 

The box office will open on Sunday 27th August from 2pm and will close at 8pm. Please note timings are subject to change. 

Car parking for the Last Night of The Proms is free and located on Lytham Green, FY8 5LB.

The parking is located a 20-minute walk away from the venue.

Please note vehicles are left at owners’ risk and are not permitted to stay in the car park overnight.

All accessible parking is free and located close to the event. You will need to provide evidence of a Blue Badge to gain entry to the accessible parking area. We will contact you in advance for proof of evidence. Please get your tickets here 
 

The car park opens at 2.30pm, however the gates do no open until 3pm for VIP customers and 4pm for general admission customers.

If you are arriving at 2.30pm for the car park you will be required to stay in your car until gates open.

There is a dedicated pick up and drop off point which is on Ballam Road opposite the entrance to Lytham Hall. Please note roadside pick-up and drop off outside Lytham Hall is not permitted.

Lytham Festival 2024 will run for 5 nights between Wednesday 3rd July – Sunday 8th July 2024

General Admission, The Garden and Accessible gates will open at 5pm.

Show times are always subject to change; set times will be released exclusively in the Lytham Festival App. Entertainment is due to finish at around 11pm.

We would suggest arriving early to soak up the atmosphere.

Mobile/Digital tickets?

All Lytham Festival 2024 tickets are Mobile Entry – so your phone is your ticket! You MUST download your tickets before heading to the festival site. Please make sure to follow the instructions below before leaving for your event to ensure that your tickets can be scanned for entry regardless of the connectivity at the venue.

 

  1. Download or update the latest version of the Ticketmaster app for the iPhone in the Apple App store or for the Android in the Android App store.
  2. From the app, find your order in My Events.
  3. View your tickets by tapping View Barcode. Screenshots of your barcodes won’t get you in.

 

Once you have viewed your tickets in the Ticketmaster App. You ticket is automatically saved so it is always ready. Please ensure you do NOT log out of the app!

Yes, please ensure you dress for the weather and don’t forget your sun cream!

Chairs are not allowed into the area for any of the Lytham Festival 2024 concerts. 

Absolutely! Concerts are only ever cancelled due to the weather if the conditions become dangerous. However, you cannot bring an umbrella, so please dress appropriately.

Companion tickets must be selected with an accessible ticket as they cannot be requested on their own.

If your request for a companion ticket is not approved, the access team can advise on the procedure.

Accessible toilets are situated at the accessibility viewing platform and main toilet blocks in the arena.

Lytham Festival takes place on Lytham Green.  The site is green field therefore is relatively flat but does have uneven terrain in parts. The ground may be muddy or dusty dependant on the weather conditions.

Smoke machines, strobe lights, fireworks and other effects may be in use at this event. Anyone affected by these should bear this in mind.

You are permitted to bring required medication into Lytham Festival. Please bring a copy of your prescription or a doctor’s note. Please make sure you only bring enough for the duration of the festival and ensure you keep it safe with you at all times.

Bags larger than an A4 piece of paper are not permitted. All bags are subject to a search so please avoid bringing one where you can as this would speed up your entry to the festival.

Umbrellas are not permitted as they obscure the view for others.

Any cameras that are deemed as “Professional” will not be permitted into the arena.

Due to the scale of the event, it is necessary to have an appropriate amount of time and days to build the concert arena and facilities to accommodate the audience safely.

The pathway is required to be closed when the event is operational to maintain a safe environment for the general public.

Yes. We have a stringent noise management policy that is managed and adhered to by a recognised independent company.

Cuffe and Taylor organise and pay for reinstatement works to begin as soon as the green is clear of event infrastructure, this is done under supervision from the council’s parks team.

Motorhomes, caravans, or camper vans are not permitted.

Yes, Lytham Festival pay for an additional Police presence during the concerts.

The council will have a number of employees available throughout the Festival Including environmental enforcement officers, waste management teams, health and safety, building control, tourism and parks staff.

Yes, supplementary public toilets will be conveniently located throughout Lytham. In addition, the existing toilet facilities at Pleasant Street, The Windmill, and Lowther will remain open until late, and monitored by various officers and festival staff.
