Description

Its time for the ultimate Face-Off.

80s Versus 90s features

The Human League : Synth Pop’s first international superstars, the Human League were among the earliest and most innovative bands to break into the pop mainstream on a wave of synthesisers and electronic rhythms. Hit after hit makes them one of the most successful 80’s Bands to this day.

Midge Ure : One of the key members of Ultravox, guitar/voacliat Midge Ure began his professional music career in 1974! Catapulting Ultravox to mainstream success, his career has seen him collaborate with Steve Harley, Bob Geldof, Thin Lizzy and more.

Living in a Box feat : Kenny Thomas : The Brisits Pop-Funk group boomed on to MTV in 1987 with a Song named after themselves, which hit the TOP 40 Charts Instantly.

Technotronic : There’s only one thing that can be said about this 90s group. PUMP THE JAM!

Dodgy : Brit-Pop outfit Dodgy are still household names after carving out a career with their infections, goofy punk-pop, that sounded like the early days of The Who and The Stone Roses.

Johnny Hates Jazz : British Trio, Johnny Hates Jazz had the striking attire of Spandau Ballet, clean cut looks and a knack for smooth, glossy pop songs.

Betty Boo : UK Pop-Rap diva began her carer as a teenager, originally dubbed Betty Boop due to her likeness of the classic cartoon character. Not just a pretty face though, she went on to chart success with “Doing the do” and more!
