The Hub will be open towards the end of June 2021. It is located in Clifton Square in the centre of Lytham. Please pop into the Hub to purchase tickets for the festival (subject to availability) and find out any information you require.

Chairs are not allowed into the area on the Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday concerts.
Absolutely! Concerts are only ever cancelled due to the weather if the conditions become dangerous. However, you cannot bring an umbrella, so please dress appropriately.
Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 and over who has their own ticket. Children aged 2 and under can attend for free and don’t require a ticket. All other children must have a full price ticket to enter the festival.
Prams are not permitted into Lytham Festival.
Yes, if available, official merchandise will be available to purchase within the festival.
Food and drink are not permitted however there are food and drink concessions within the event.

No, all food concessions and bars accept card payments however please ensure you bring sufficient cash.

There is an option to select a companion ticket when you are purchasing an accessible ticket. Once you have selected a companion ticket, there will be an approval process. For the approval process, you will be contacted to provide supporting documentation for validation of your request.
Companion tickets must be selected with an accessible ticket as they cannot be requested on their own.

An ambulant ticket is for customers who have a medical requirement for an essential companion to attend the festival and/or require access to the accessible viewing area.
Customers who have purchased an ambulant ticket will be contacted to provide proof for a companion ticket and to gain access to the accessible viewing area.
The accessible viewing platform is a raised platform located with prime view of the stage. There are accessible toilets and a changing unit located nearby.
This area is for customers who require a wheelchair to make their experience comfortable.
The accessible viewing platform has a limited capacity and is strictly for access customers plus 1 companion only.

The accessibility viewing area is an area situated directly in front of the viewing platform where chairs are provided.
This area is for customers who have a specific medical requirement to make their experience comfortable.
Companions are welcome to use the seating in the viewing area unless an access customer requires a seat.
The accessible viewing area is not on the raised platform.

If you have a blue badge and require a space in the accessible car parking, please purchase an accessible car park ticket HERE
On arrival, customers blue badges will be checked and asked to be displayed in the car park.

Accessible toilets are situated at the accessibility viewing platform and main toilet blocks in the arena.
A Mobiloo unit will be located near the accessible viewing platform. Mobiloo provides dignified, safe, hygienic, well maintained, spacious facilities that include a hoist, full size, height adjustable changing bench, accessible toilet, washing facilities and a trained attendant.
Lytham Festival takes place on Lytham Green. The site is green field therefore is relatively flat but does have uneven terrain in parts. The ground may be muddy or dusty dependant on the weather conditions.
Smoke machines, strobe lights, fireworks and other effects may be in use at this event. Anyone affected by these should bear this in mind.
You are permitted to bring required medication into Lytham Festival. Please bring a copy of your prescription or a doctor’s note. Please make sure you only bring enough for the duration of the festival and ensure you keep it safe with you at all times.

For Lytham Festival 2021 a BSL Interpreter will be provided. The BSL interpreter will be located at the side of the main stage.
Please note that Lytham Festival accessible facilities cannot cater for people with temporary impairments such as broken bones, healing injuries and those who are pregnant.
If you do have a temporary impairment, please be aware that there will be a lot of walking to get around the festival and not many places to sit.

Bags larger than an A4 piece of paper are not permitted. All bags are subject to a search so please avoid bringing one where you can as this would speed up your entry to the festival.

Umbrellas are not permitted as they obscure the view for others.
Any cameras that are deemed as “Professional” will not be permitted into the arena.

The event arena and surrounding areas are covered by CCTV.
Once you leave the festival arena you will not be allowed back in.
The dates for Lytham Festival 2021 are Wednesday 30th June – 4th July 2021
The concert arena preparations will begin on Thursday 25th June 2021 and continue throughout the week until the event dates until Thursday 8th July 2021.
The footpath along the beach will remain open during the build of the event and will only be closed from 6am Tuesday 29th June 2021 until 8am on Monday 5th July 2021.
