Entertainment is due to start from 7:30pm on all shows and conclude at 10:30pm. Please make sure you arrive early to soak up the festival vibe and remember all times are subject to change.


The car parks on the green open at 3:00pm. Don’t worry if you haven’t purchased your car parking pass you can purchase on the day for £20.

Please follow signs for the general car park. If you have purchased a VIP ticket you will have receive your parking pass so, please make sure you follow signs for the VIP car park.

3. How to Travel 


The cheapest way to travel with Blackpool Transport is using a saver ticket. If you are making a return journey, the best ticket for you is a 24-hour ticket. This can be purchased from the driver when you board the bus for just £5 (adult) or £2.50 (child).


Regular trains run to Lytham Train Station which is a short 5-minute walk from the festival site. To view the full train schedule during the festival please click HERE

Bus Information

If you are traveling by train and arriving at Blackpool North, there are regular buses which depart from opposite the train station to take you to Lytham. On leaving the train station, catch the Service 7 or 11 heading to Lytham from the Talbot Road (TA2) bus stop opposite Wilkos.

Service 7 & 11 both run every 15 minutes Monday – Saturday day time until approximately 6pm. In the evenings service 7 & 11 run every 30 minutes. On Sunday, both services operate a 30-minute frequency all day.

Leaving Lytham Festival

For travel to Blackpool after the festival, service 7 & 11 run every 30 minutes at 4 minutes, 12 minutes, 34 minutes and 42 minutes past each hour.

In addition to this, Blackpool Transport are running 8 extra buses from Lytham – Blackpool Town Centre every evening during the Festival, once the Festival has ended.

Service 11 – 22:59 from Lytham Square

Service 7 – 23:14 from Lytham Square

Service 11 – 23:29 from Lytham Square

Service 11 – 23:39 from Lytham Square

Service 7 – 00:14 from Lytham Square

Service 7 – 00:24 from Lytham Square

The last bus from Lytham will be at 00:24 heading towards Blackpool Town Centre (Service 7).

Where to catch the bus 

 On leaving the festival area, the bus can be caught from Clifton Street, just a short walk from the arena. Alternatively, both the 7 & 11 can be caught from Lytham Centre.


Taxis can drop off on the promenade, however they will not get further than Dicconson Terrace.

The closest taxi rank for pick ups is on Dicconson Terrace/Henry Street. There is another alternative rank in the town opposite Zest.

4. Food & Drink

We have a mighty range of food available in the festival arena with food from around the world. From a tasty Greek, sumptuous wraps, exotic meat burgers, fantastic vegan and vegetarian options – food is a must try at Lytham Festival 2018. There are cash machines within the event arena so don’t worry if you’ve spent up!

5. Ticket Upgrades 

Fancy upgrading? There’s still time!

We have 3 fantastic upgrade options, THE GARDEN, THE CLUB and THE LOUNGE, all offering a unique festival experience.

If you’d like to take advantage of priority entry, a great view and even posh loos then an upgrade is for you!

6. Tickets & Entry 

Please make sure you have your tickets ready for scanning on entry. We ask that you try, where possible to avoid bringing bags with you that are larger than an A4 piece of paper. This will help speed up entry through the security checks. Please don’t be offended if you are asked to be searched as this is a random and routine check and doesn’t take long.

Tickets can also be bought in person from our Hub at Clifton Square.

Last entry into the arena on the night of a show is 9pm.

Please make sure you look after your PASS as this is your ticket for entry EACH night permitted. Please note your pass will only scan ONCE per night.

Please make sure you have printed your tickets if you have selected the print at home option.

If you’ve purchased multiple tickets for the same concert and selected the print at home option, all your tickets will have the same order reference number however the barcodes on each ticket are unique. Please note each ticket can only be scanned ONCE.

Once you are in to the arena all we expect is you to have fun and of course dance all night!

7. Weather

Make sure you dress for the weather. Lytham Festival is an outdoor show so rain or shine the show must go on. Concerts are only ever cancelled due to weather if conditions become dangerous.
