LYTHAM FESTIVAL PAYMENT PLAN 2021

The payment plan detailed below only applies to 5 Day Lounge Pass customers. Customers with other ticket types will be offered other payment plan options via Klarna.

The payment plan will allow customers to make payment for their purchase in instalments (the first payment being non-refundable). Use of the payment plan is subject to ticket and upsells availability.

The payment plan on the below terms is available to 5 Day Lounge Pass customers only. The first payment is non-refundable and must be paid within the Eligibility Period.

The full price of your purchase (which will include all booking fees, delivery costs and any service charges) will be charged as follows:    

Customers booking from 25th October 2020 the instalment dates are as follows:

20% Deposit (none refundable)

40% 25th January 2021

40% 30th April 2021

Customers booking on or after 25th January 2021

60% Deposit (none refundable)

40% 30th April 2021

Customers booking on or after 30th April 2021

NO PAYMENT PLAN AVAILABLE orders must be paid in full at the time of booking.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. The purchase value includes all charges such as booking fees, postage and any service charges.
  2. The payment plan is available to 5 Day Lounge Passes only. The number and amount of payments, ticket prices and upsells will vary depending on when a ticket is booked and will be confirmed in the then current payment plan terms and conditions.
  3. Subject to paragraph 11 below, the first payment is non-refundable, and no claim can be made to recover this money in any way whatsoever.
  4. The first payments will be charged to your credit or debit card immediately upon your election to purchase the ‘ticket(s)’ and / or ‘upsells’ during the Eligibility Period. Each subsequent payment will be automatically charged to your credit or debit card on or around the dates as set out in the payment plan schedule, without further recourse to you. If your card is declined, you will be contacted for an alternative card. Any alternative card used must belong to, and be in the name of, the original purchaser. If we are not provided with an alternative card within 5 (five) days of the relevant due date, your ‘ticket(s)’ and / or ‘upsells’ will be void and the first payment paid by you will be forfeited.
  5. The per ticket booking fee will be included within the payment plan price. Failure to complete the payment plan will result in first payment paid by you will be forfeited which includes the booking fee.
  6. The per transaction cost of delivery if applicable and summarised in the checkout basket will be included within the payment plan.
  7. The transaction will be completed only once your payments of the Instalments have been processed. Failure to complete the payment plan will result in the first payment paid by you being forfeited which includes the booking fee.
  8. If you do not pay any of the Instalments in full in accordance with paragraph 5, you will lose: (i) the first Instalment (including service charge but excluding the delivery fee) and (ii) the ticket(s) and any ‘upsells’ to which you were entitled under the PP).

9.The PP requires that, at the time the first Instalment is made, you make a full commitment to purchase a ticket and to pay the full ticket price plus the applicable service charge and delivery costs.

  1. It is recommended that you ensure that adequate funds are available on your debit or credit card to ensure that payments are processed on the due dates, as set out in the payment plan schedule and that your credit or debit card does not expire before the final Instalment can be charged.
  2. The first payment of the part instalment payment plan (including part there of booking fees, postage fees and service charges) is non-refundable, save where Lytham Festival 2021 is cancelled. In all other circumstances, no claim can be made to recover this money in any way whatsoever.
  3. If you purchased any of the ‘upsell’ items listed below within your payment plan you will be refunded the percentage paid by you in respect of such ‘upsell’ items where Lytham Festival 2021 is cancelled. No other supplementary items purchased by you will be refunded in such circumstances:

14.‘Tickets’ and ‘Upsells’ cannot be refunded or exchanged after your purchase has been completed, save as provided in Ticketmaster’s purchase policy referred to in paragraph 13 above.

Terms and Conditions for Purchasing the “5 Day Lounge Pass” by Deposit Ticket Scheme

  1. The “5 Day Lounge Pass” for Lytham Festival 2021 can be bought using a Deposit Ticket Scheme (“DTS”) that allows tickets to be paid in instalments. The DTS is available to any customer buying a ticket between 25th October 2020 from 19:00 and 24th January 2021 at Midnight or between 25th January 2021 from 00:01 and 29th April 2021 at Midnight (each an “Eligibility Period”), subject to ticket availability. The first Instalment must be paid within the relevant Eligibility Period. Please note the instalments vary depending on the date of purchase. Please refer to the tables in paragraph 2.
  1. The full price of your purchase of The 5 Day Lounge Pass (being £17,954.75 inclusive of the per transaction handling fee of £2.75) will be charged as follows:

Customers booking tickets from 30th April 2021 will not be eligible to purchase using the DTS.

  1. Subject to paragraph 10 below, the first Instalment is non-refundable and no claim can be made to recover this money in any way whatsoever. The first Instalment includes a per transaction handling fee of £2.75 which, subject to paragraph 10 below, is also non-refundable.
  1. The first Instalment will be charged to your credit or debit card immediately. The final Instalment/ each subsequent Instalment will be automatically charged to your credit or debit card on or around the due dates as set out in paragraph 2 above, without further recourse to you. If your card is declined, you will be contacted for an alternative card. If we are not provided with an alternative card within 5 days of the due date, your ticket will be void, but you will not receive a refund for the first Instalment already made.
  1. The transaction will be completed only once your payment of all Instalments has been processed, with the total of £17,75 (£17,952 for the ticket plus a per transaction handling fee of £2.75) paid in full.
  1. If you do not pay the Final Instalment in accordance with paragraph 4 above, you will lose (i) the first Instalment (including the handling fee) and (ii) the ticket to which you were entitled under the DTS.
  1. The DTS requires that, at the time the first Instalment is made, you make a full commitment to purchase a ticket and pay the full ticket price plus handling fee.
  1. It is recommended that you ensure that adequate funds are in place to process the payment of all Instalments on the dates set out in paragraph 2 above and that your credit or debit card does not expire before the final Instalment can be charged.
  1. The first Instalment is non-refundable save where Lytham Festival 2021 is cancelled. In all other circumstances, no claim can be made to recover this money in any way whatsoever.
