Lytham Festival 2024 will run for 5 nights between Wednesday 3rd July – Sunday 7th July 2024
Timings
General Admission, The Garden and Accessible gates will open at 5pm.
Show times are always subject to change; set times will be released exclusively in the Lytham Festival App.
Entertainment is due to finish at around 11pm.
We would suggest arriving early to soak up the atmosphere.
VIP Options
The only VIP option for Lytham Festival 2024 is The VIP Garden.
Get straight to the front in the VIP Garden. The Garden is the ultimate dancing zone with access to a exclusive garden bar and premium food options as well as posh flushable loos all in an area right at the front of the stage!
The Garden tickets include:
- Premium view at the front of the stage
- Private Bar and Premium food options to purchase
- Premium toilet facilities
- Souvenir Lytham Festival wristband
Is the event outdoors?
Yes, please ensure you dress for the weather and don’t forget your sun cream!
Can I bring a Chair?
Chairs are not allowed into the area for any of the Lytham Festival 2024 concerts, including The Garden.
If it rains will the concert still go ahead?
Absolutely! Concerts are only ever cancelled due to the weather if the conditions become dangerous.
What is your policy for Children?
Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 and over who has their own ticket. Children aged 2 and under can attend for free and don’t require a ticket. All other children must have a full price ticket to enter the festival.
Prams are not permitted into Lytham Festival.
Can I buy official Merchandise?
Yes, if available, official merchandise will be available to purchase within the festival.
Can I bring Food and Drink?
Food and drink are not permitted however there are food and drink concessions within the event.
1 x sealed water bottle is permitted per person max 500ml
1 x empty reusable water bottle is permitted.
There will be free water re-fill stations at the venue.
If you have a medical condition, then a doctor’s note will permit diet-specific food and drink only.
Can I bring a Dog?
Animals are not permitted on site, with the exception of registered assistance dogs.

Are there Cash Machines Available/do I need to bring Cash?
No, all food concessions and bars are cashless. Please bring alternative payment options

No, Lytham Festival is a non-camping festival.

Mobile/Digital Tickets
Mobile/Digital tickets?
All Lytham Festival 2024 tickets are Mobile Entry – so your phone is your ticket! You MUST download your tickets before heading to the festival site. Please make sure to follow the instructions below before leaving for your event to ensure that your tickets can be scanned for entry regardless of the connectivity at the venue.
- Download or update the latest version of the Ticketmaster app for the iPhone in the Apple App store or for the Android in the Android App store.
- From the app, find your order in My Events.
- View your tickets by tapping View Barcode. Screenshots of your barcodes won’t get you in.
Once you have viewed your tickets in the Ticketmaster App. You ticket is automatically saved so it is always ready. Please ensure you do NOT log out of the app!

Tickets are non-refundable. Please refer to the terms and conditions on the ticket agent’s website.

Car Parking
Lytham Festival car parking is located directly next to the festival on Lytham Green.
We would suggest pre-booking car parking to avoid disappointment as cars will be parked in arrival order.
Please note cars are not permitted to stay overnight.
Motorhomes are not permitted.
The Lytham Festival Car Park Opens at 3pm.
5 Day Parking Pass
Plan ahead secure your access to the car park.
The car park passes permit access for all 5 concerts from 3pm each day.

Park & Ride
Lytham Festival Park and Ride is located on the South Promenade Green, Lytham St Annes, FY8 1NP.
The Park and Ride is located approx. a 8-10 minute drive from the festival.
The Park and Ride will open at 2pm with the first bus leaving to the festival at 3pm.
You must pre-purchase park and ride tickets in advance to be guaranteed availability.
Park and Ride Car Park open from 3pm.
First shuttle bus at 3.30pm.
Service will resume at 21:30 with the last bus at 00:30

Blackpool Festival Flyer
Lytham Festival are working in partnership with Blackpool Transport to deliver the ‘Blackpool Festival Flyer’.
Purchase a ‘Blackpool Festival Flyer’ ticket and you will be able to access any Blackpool Transport route into Lytham Town Centre.
Pick Up and Return Locations: Blackpool, St Annes, Ansdell, Fairhaven.
On leaving the festival, your ticket will be valid from the Lytham Festival transport hub located on West Beach.
Bus services will begin at 21:30 dropping off at the below route.

Preston Festival Flyer
Lytham Festival are working in partnership with Preston Busses to deliver the ‘Preston Festival Flyer’.
Pick up and drop offs will be on a dedicated service for the Festival.
There are two Preston route options which are below:
- Preston Flyer Kirkham Route: Preston, Kirkham, Ribby Hall, Lytham Festival
- Preston Flyer Warton Route: Preston, Freckleton, Warton, Lytham Festival

We've teamed up with Big Green Coach once again to offer hassle-free and sustainable travel options directly to the festival.

Lytham Train Station is located in the centre of the town and a 5 min walk from the festival site.

We want Lytham Festival to be an event accessible for all.
To ensure we have the correct level of facilities we ask customers to purchase the correct type of accessible ticket on Ticketmaster.

What if I require an Essential Companion?
There is an option to select a companion ticket when you are purchasing an accessible ticket.
Once you have selected a companion ticket, there will be an approval process. For the approval process, you will be contacted to provide supporting documentation for validation of your request.
Please check the terms and conditions for companion tickets to see what type of supporting documentation you can provide.
If your request for an essential companion ticket is not approved, the access team can advise on the procedure.
Terms and Conditions for Essential Companion Tickets
If you have selected a companion ticket, you will be contacted to provide one of the following forms of supporting documentation as evidence to grant a complimentary companion ticket:
- Any level of DLA
- Any level of PIP
- Medical professional’s letter
- Armed forces independent payment
- War disablement pension
- D/Deaf or blind registration
- Nimbus access card
- Blue Badge – Only accepted as adequate evidence for accessible car parking.

What is an Ambulant Ticket?
An ambulant ticket is for customers who have a medical requirement for an essential companion to attend the festival and/or require access to the accessible viewing area.
Customers who have purchased an ambulant ticket will be contacted to provide proof for a companion ticket and to gain access to the accessible viewing area.
Accessible Toilets
Accessible toilets are situated at the accessibility viewing platform and main toilet blocks in the arena.
Accesible Viewing Platform
The accessible viewing platform is available for customers with a wheelchair accessible ticket.
It is raised platform located with prime view of the stage.
There are accessible toilets and a changing unit located nearby.
This area is for customers who require a wheelchair to make their experience comfortable.
The accessible viewing platform has a limited capacity and is strictly for access customers plus 1 companion only.
Accessible Viewing Area
The accessibility viewing area is situated directly in front of the viewing platform where chairs are provided.
This area is for customers who have a specific medical requirement to make their experience comfortable.
Companions are welcome to use the seating in the viewing area unless an access customer requires a seat.

Ground Conditions
Lytham Festival takes place on Lytham Green. The site is green field therefore is relatively flat but does have uneven terrain in parts. The ground may be muddy or dusty dependant on the weather conditions.
Strobe Lighting and Special Effects
Smoke machines, strobe lights, fireworks and other effects may be in use at this event. Anyone affected by these should bear this in mind.
Medical
You are permitted to bring required medication into Lytham Festival. Please bring a copy of your prescription or a doctor’s note. Please make sure you only bring enough for the duration of the festival and ensure you keep it safe with you at all times.
Chairs
Chairs are not allowed into the area for any of the Lytham Festival 2024 concerts. This includes the VIP Garden.

British Sign Language
We will be providing a BSL interpreter for all Lytham Festival 2024 concerts. Please purchase a hearing impairment ticket and companion if required. If you have any questions, please contact us HERE
Temporary Impairments
Please note that Lytham Festival accessible facilities cannot cater for people with temporary impairments such as broken bones, healing injuries and those who are pregnant. If you do have a temporary impairment, please be aware that there will be a lot of walking to get around the festival and not many places to sit.

Free Drinking Water
There is free drinking water available at the re-fill drinking stations. Please look out for the signage within the arena.

Crime Prevention
We advise against bringing valuables to the event, however, if you choose to do so please keep them hidden from view where possible.
Can I bring an umbrella?
Umbrellas are not permitted as they obscure the view for others.
Can I bring a camera?
Any cameras that are deemed as “Professional” will not be permitted into the arena.

Re-admittance policy
Once you leave the festival arena you will not be allowed back in.
Residents
Why are the contractors on site so many days before the event?
Due to the scale of the event, it is necessary to have an appropriate amount of time and days to build the concert arena and facilities to accommodate the audience safely.
Why is the Pathway to the rear of the stage on the promenade closed?
The pathway is required to be closed when the event is operational to maintain a safe environment for the general public.

Are the noise levels monitored by the council?
Yes. We have a stringent noise management policy that is managed and adhered to by a recognised independent company.
Are vehicles allowed to park overnight in the dedicated cat parks on the green?
Cars are not permitted to stay overnight.
Who arranged and pays for any repair/reinstatement to the green if there is any damage?
Cuffe and Taylor organise and pay for reinstatement works to begin as soon as the green is clear of event infrastructure, this is done under supervision from the council’s parks team.
Are camper cans allowed to park on the green overnight during the festival?
Motorhomes, caravans, or camper vans are not permitted.
Will there be additional police present?
Yes, Lytham Festival pay for an additional Police presence during the concerts.
Will the council have enforcement and support officers in the area?
The council will have a number of employees available throughout the Festival Including environmental enforcement officers, waste management teams, health and safety, building control, tourism and parks staff.
What arrangement haven been made to transport peoiple home after the event?
There will be more frequent busses which will run later during the festival.

Will there be additional toilets available?
Yes, supplementary public toilets will be conveniently located throughout Lytham. In addition, the existing toilet facilities at Pleasant Street, The Windmill, and Lowther will remain open until late, and monitored by various officers and festival staff.
